Dengan kondisi ekstrem ini, KHS berasumsi bahwa sebelum menemukan Ethan di jalan, dia pasti menderita di dalam kurungan di dalam peti selama berminggu-minggu tanpa makanan atau air untuk dikonsumsi.
Tapi untungnya, penderitaannya berkurang begitu dia ditemukan oleh orang asing itu dan dirawat oleh KHS. sewaktu ethan dibawa ke dokter itulah satu-satunya saat dia dapat menerima cairan yang dibutuhkannya.
Dia juga dirawat dalam hal makanan, tempat tinggal, dan selimut untuk membuatnya tetap hangat saat agar dia bisa cepat pulih.
Kini dengan perawatan KHS, Ethan perlahan mulai menunjukkan kemajuan dalam hal kondisinya seiring berjalannya waktu.
